Heavenly king Jay Chou has recently been training up for his second self directed and self starring movie, today the look for his new movie was revealed. Even though he has ankylosing spondylitis, Jay Chou still worked hard to achieve his goal, the GMAs are coming at the weekend, perhaps fans will be able to personally see the results of Director Chou's hard work.
Heavenly king Jay Chou's every step is a challenge to himself! You could even say a lot of the challenges are mission impossible in other people's eyes! Recently for his new movie which will be the second he has directed and starred in, he has been training up, the look for the new movie has been revealed! With a toned and perfectly shaped body, it was a sight to behold! It is hard to believe that this was two month's worth of training, the result made Jay Chou feel: "This is the best shape I've been in my life.". Will Liu who trained Jay Chou secretly was full of pride! He said: "I helped the busiest heavenly king do it! Who else can do it!?" Good friend Will Liu stated Jay will get better! He revealed a few of Jay chou's exercise "secrets"! The principle behind eating is "many small meals" he said: "The exercise technique is different for each person, everyone has a different condition, because Jay has ankylosing spondylitis, he can't do some of the moves, so you could say the exercise routine designed specifically for Jay is custom made."
Even though he has ankylosing spondylitis, Jay Chou worked hard to reach his goal! Jay Chou said: "This relies on perseverance!", he joked saying to Will Liu: "This proves that muscle can be trained, but creativity cannot, so I'm the director, you're the producer, haha!". A few days ago Jay Chou revealed he wants to wear sleeveless clothing to the GMA red carpet, it looks like fans will be able to see the results!
