Jay Chou leaves a beard for "Ci Ling", hopes to work with Zhou Xun again

The New Year movie "Ci Ling" starring "Asia heavenly king" Jay Chou is about to start filming, male lead Jay Chou has grown a beard for the new movie, concerning the female lead which still has not be determined, he expressed that he hopes to work with Mainland China female star Zhou Xun again, even if there are rumours he's not afraid.
The production crew of "Ci Ling" held a press conference today in the afternoon in Taipei, Jay Chou expressed that he hopes the female lead can speak Chinese, it'll be easier to communicate that way, the female lead must not be taller than him, otherwise it would make filming very tough; due to the fact he has worked with Zhou Xun in an MV before, he hopes he has a chance this time to work with her again.
"Ci Ling" is a story by the director Zhu Yang Ping, the main point of it is about a modern day pair of young lovers, they accidentally fall into a time warp into Mongolia, along with a mysterious man at Ghengis Khan's tomb, they fight for treasure, plus there's a love triangle spanning time.
Zhu Yan Ping expressed that because Jay Chou is young, it is very difficult for them to find a famous, similar aged actress to match him, otherwise it's very easy for the female lead to become an "older sister".
